M. Dana Moore, Principal, has over 30 years’ experience in commercial real estate finance, credit analysis, corporate finance, capital management, portfolio management, property development, work-out/restructurings and management. As a Chief Credit Officer for Fannie Mae’s Multifamily division, she managed a $138 billion portfolio of debt and equity investments, including 7.7 billion in low-income housing tax credits. She was an original Board Member of the Housing Partnership Equity Trust and is a sought after speaker and panel member for industry conferences.
Mike Devlin has over 35 years’ experience in the financing of commercial real estate, from development/ construction loans, permanent mortgages originated and underwritten for delivery under CMBS and GSE guidelines, equity and mezzanine investments, and the full range of affordable housing transactions. A former Director in charge of national underwriting for Fannie Mae’s American Community Fund, he is also a Board Member of the National Affordable Housing Trust, a LIHTC syndicator.
Russell Foster has over 30 years’ experience in risk management, asset management, underwriting, structuring, and financing of commercial real estate, including GSE loan programs, construction loans, equity and mezzanine debt investments, community development transactions and loan workouts. Before Compass, he was a Director in Fannie Mae’s Housing and Community Development division, and prior to that he was Senior Vice President – National Underwriting Manager for the CMBS Capital Markets Group of Bank of America.
Sheri Walden has over fifteen years’ experience in commercial real estate finance. A trained paralegal, she was a multifamily underwriter for Red Mortgage Capital and a CMBS underwriter for ORIX Capital Markets. Prior to that she worked in the legal department of AMRESCO, the special asset management subsidiary of Bank of America’s precursor, NationsBank.
